Jad, the Trailex weighs about 895 pounds. The Featherlite 17.6 foot is 1400 pounds. All the rest seem to be inside that range, closer to the Featherlite. Trailex will be in Scottsdale in the winter for the auctions, they told me, and could bring one to you then. All the aluminum trailer companies seem to be in Indiana or Ohio, and transportation to California is a big part of the bill. It pretty much adds $1000 to the midwest price. My understanding is they all discount the trailers significantly in the winter, if you can wait that long. As you can see, they are somewhat like gold out here compared to a steel trailer. I just bought a 2006 Featherlite 14 foot in Ft Worth on Craigslist after much research. You can find a trucker on uship.com pretty easily to haul one to you. It was $700 from Ft Worth. There are dealers in LA and Santa Barbara for all of them, but the local prices are $6500-7500.
