McLaren fined $100M and Stripped of Team Points

Pretty interesting spying saga that has come to an end for now. The good news is that Alonso and Lewis are not barred from competition. The last four races have the potential to be great.

This sort of thing happens all the time in the San Diego AX's. I don't know if anyone else noticed but at the August AX someone showed up with the front bumper of their 944 removed, a high tech speed secret obviously stolen from my bumperless 944. Under threat of FIA investigation, the bumper on the offending vehicle was back in place for the Sept. AX. I'm watching.

I've noticed that camara's are becoming more prevalent at the AX events and I'm sure that these "spycams" are being used to give an unfair competetive advantage to those drivers.

Has technology gone too far?

And here I thought you were trying to bake a potato the hard way.

9/13 was definitely an unlucky day if you were fined!!! McLaren and Patriots! Oh brother, the AX board is meeting in a few days and they're already considering a camera ban from the paddock.

Apparently, Stone Brewery is insistent that Comeau racing was trying to decipher the Arrogant Bastard ale recipe by video taping the under pan of said 944 race car which has a very similar multilink suspension of a McLaren F1. Word has it Comeau’s next car was to sport the theme of Benedict Arnold! Will this industrial espionage ever stop?

Notice: All Charger fans entering Kraft Stadium on Sunday will have their video cameras confiscated so dress like a Patriot !!!

I have a camera on my car, so I can go home and make sure nobody is spying on me. 8)
