Tickets?

Postby Don Middleton on Tue Feb 05, 2008 12:34 pm

I need one more ticket for the Driver's Dinner. Does anyone have one?

Tickets? They sent out tickets? How was sign-up confirmed, through tickets?

Perhaps I should try again. Is there anyone that signed up that is not attending? Thanks, Randy 619-804-0434 or email rblaesi@sbcglobal.net

HURRY UP!!!!

Postby Jackie C on Wed Feb 06, 2008 1:49 pm

In an effort to expedite being awarded trophies at the driver's dinner and getting out in a timely fashion for the AX the next day, things will move right along this Saturday. Canapes and drinks will be served promptly at 6 and dinner shortly after so arrive on time and enjoy the evening, we will!

Yes mam I'll be on time for drinks and "canapes", whatever those are.

I hear Gary is organizing the midnight golf cart races.

Hi Randy,

I'm pretty sure I have tickets for Tammy and I. Things have come up and we won't be able to make it, so you're welcome for ours if it's ok with Jackie and Jennifer. 619.291.3906

Corner working

Postby Mark Garriott on Thu Feb 07, 2008 12:00 pm

An addendum is needed.

"If your vehicle goes all four wheels off course, or catches fire, you have forfeited your right to the continue on the track"

Also, as a corner worker, do I replace cones then put out the fire?

There aren't any actual tickets. We will check your name off at an entrance table. You will receive 2 drink tickets, for each person, for wine, beer, soft drinks to be used during the evening. There is a separate cash bar for those hot toddies or beach drinks.

And the grandaddy of them all is that each 2007 AX DE or TT Driver will receive one numbered ticket for those very cool door prizes. Good luck.

Remember that the evening will move pretty quickly with all the fun stuff planned. Can't wait!

I know I was in on the initial planning but when you get older the memory is the second thing you lose. So it starts at 6 and is where. After writing this I decided to be smart and look at the calendar. That says it all. Therefore the edit.
