I hate to be the bearer of bad news but we will not be able to hold this event. This event would need approval from the PCA Executive Committee. In Robert's words after speaking with PCA national.

“Spoke with him. Approval by the PCA Executive Committee is required, and we're unlikely to get that in the time frame that POC needs. I've told POC then that we are out. Thanks for trying."

I was looking forward the event as well.
