And as they say in Chapter 12 of the NASCAR Driving Techniques Manual, "It's useless to hit the brakes when sliding on your roof". The was one hell of a ride. May we all keep our wheels on the ground at all times.

You know, this sort of thing happens to me all the time; there I am minding my own business driving across the salt flats at 200+ mph when, BAM, I get airborn and end up sliding about a mile and a half on the roof. Tough on the paint, if you want to know the truth of it...
