SOME INFO ABOUT AX ONLINE REGISTRATION

Postby Janet Yaws on Tue Jan 20, 2009 3:03 pm

Here are a couple of points about autocross online registration at motorsportreg.com.

1. Although we'd prefer that you pay online, you don't have to. You can skip the payment part and pay at the trailer the morning of the event. Your driver envelope will be at the trailer, not at tech, if you choose to do this.

2. Regardless of how you pay (including online), fees for an event are refunded in full if you do not attend the event. At this time, online registration fees are refunded by check from the club.

3. Currently, an email address can only be used for 1 person/1 account. If you and your spouse or friend share an email address, only one of you will be able to use it online. Go ahead and get your own email account, even if it's only for using on motorsportreg! Each person must have their own account.

If you have any other questions about online registration, please let us know, either by posting here, or by sending an email to preregq@pcasdr.org.
Thanks!

It would be really helpful to be able to sign up more than one person per email address.

We agree, and we're working on that with the organization. Thanks for the input.

I see the price for online registration is $45 vs $40 for early registration. Just curious, have our rates gone up a tad, or is that overhead for the online system?

The fee was moderately increased because Qualcomm raised their rates an additional $500 per day. I think it is still a fair price for what we get and how much fun we have. :burnout:
