We are going to try having two tour leaders with one doing the route a little more "spirited" which will make it a type 3 with the other group doing a type 2.

Too bad this event got postponed. Weather ended up being good Sunday, so my dad and I went out and drove anyway. We blasted right by the meeting spot on 94 at about 8:15am heading East toward Campo. Who passed us going the opposite direction in a black 911? We were in the bright blue 911 RSR.

Anyway, we tore up the 94 all the way to the merge with the 8, and then went out through Ocotillo to Borrego Springs and up Montezuma Valley Road. It was awesome. Minimal traffic, no sign of Johnny Law, and just a great run.....we left Pacific Beach at 8am and didn't get home until 2pm.

Hope to make it to the date in March. Greg

You must have passed me (Black 911) just got it a few weeks ago and had to take it out for its first time on the twistys. Perfect weather, and a great ride.
Cheers! Darren
