Nice driving Bob! Congratulations on that ribbon :beerchug:

You even beat the OSS crew. If you hadn't killed that cone and left the hard top on, you may have come in first in class. Keep practicing and show them that old 90's Waterbuffalo Porsche  can more than keep up with those new Boxsters and Caymans :burnout:

Thank you very much Jad. It was a pleasure learning from you and driving with you. :D Watching your smoothness while driving my car on the course is something I will try very hard to emulate. I will come to the AX's to practice what you have shown me and most of all, to have fun and enjoy the people and the day. :beerchug: Getting a third place just capped off a super day of motorsports. :D

Losing the hard top will be easy, the 70 or so pounds of extra mass that I am carrying around will be the hard part.

Again Jad, thank you for your instruction, time and patience.

Cheers,

Well Bob - congragtulations on first in class for the March A/X! I 'spect you and the Water Buffalo™ got a few Cayman drivers pretty nervous at this point!

Thank Andy, as always, it was fun just being around a great bunch of people. :) I never thought that old water buffalo would be competative, but after a lesson from Jad last AX and some pointers from Eric K. and John Komer. I learned alot and I tried to put what they taught me to use each time behind the wheel. Getting a 1st place really is the icing on the cake of what I learned.

Cheers :beerchug:

Nice job. You are a really good student, if you can go from 5 seconds off the pace to winning the class with one day with me and a few pointers from Eric and John, you are the man. Of course you better take it easy or those Cayman S and Boxster S drivers will be complaining about the 911's having an unfair advantage :banghead:

Anyone who has been in the club for more than 5 years, must find it pretty funny that I am supporting the 911 side of the arguement  Of course, I still think the 944 is a better ALL AROUND car. Ah, that felt better :roflmao:
