After the "Runway Rumble"

After the "Runway Rumble" on Thursday.

The First Annual Car Parade: Don’t miss more than forty hand-selected race cars parade off NASNI through the streets of Coronado before the races start! The forty cars, which will be racing over the course of the weekend, will showcase their beauties on Thursday, September 24 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. and will park on Isabella and be on display for all to see. Enjoy other amenities like excellent dining and views in the picturesque community.

Anyone up for a beer and some food after the DE and then check out the cars?

I'm in no hurry to head home in traffic so sure. Mexican vilage restaurant could handle a bigger group but lots of other places as well.

Where in Coronado will the vintage cars be on display?
I'd rather hang near where the race car displays will be.
Any kind of food would be fine but will the race cars be on display at the Mexican Village?
cheers,
Mike

The race cars will be at Isabella...there are some places to eat close by. Mexican Village is at the other end of town.

Maybe Greg P has some ideas.

I think there is a Mexican restaurant right across the street(Orange Ave.) or down a little.

Margaritas also sound good!

The "Mexican Village" restaurant is closed, but as John said there is another mexican place not far from Isabella. "Miguels" is in the courtyard of the El Cordova Hotel just east of Isabella toward the Del. Has a nice outdoor seating area. There is also The Brigantine, and McP's pub. McP's has a nice outdoor courtyard as well. All three are close to each other, and just 2 or 3 blocks from the Isabella venue.

There is also Costa Azul on Orange which has outdoor seating.
