It was good seeing you too Tom along with the rest or the gang.
HMSA wasn't even giving laptimes, so you probally won't find a finishing order. :(

HMSA posted the results - not with individual lap times, but with finish order total time, and average speed (of the top finisher, I presume):

Interesting that they called the track length 1.68 miles - I thought most of the data loggers came up with a much shorter distance?
And - if the track really was shorter, then the average speeds they cite would be much lower.

Measuring the track course using Google Earch gives 1.43 miles. Data loggers in two cars had 7620 and 7640 feet, or 1.443 to 1.45 miles. Unless they added another quarter-mile section to the track for Saturday and Sunday, the 1.68 mile track length listed in their results is way off.
Assuming their lap speeds were calculated based on a 1.68 mile circuit, all their lap speeds are about 16% higher than the real speeds. Adjusted result speeds would be:
HMSA = Actual
60 = 51.7
65 = 56.0
70 = 60.3
75 = 64.6
80 = 68.9
85 = 73.2
90 = 77.5
(For those of us who felt like slugs when we saw the HMSA lap speeds... :x )

Kim, as treasurer, I can't believe you missed the obvious next question. Can we get back 16% of our track rental for what they shorted us :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:
