Starbucks sounds like a great idea. Who normally is in charge of coffee? I wouldn't want to overstep anyone's authority. 8)

Uh oh, even though this is one of those "seat of the pants, we all kinda figure it out together things", since I started it I guess I am the "authority".

Martin's take charge post is great with me. GO CART - please provide the Starbucks coffee! It's $12 for a traveler cardboard container. I think we'd only need one. You can call it in the night before and tell them you want it by 7:30 so you can have it at the West Lot by 7:45 or so. Get a receipt and give it to me, I'll reimburse you. Remember to get cups and sugar and some cream from them.

I have some sports drinks and water from the Logistics Chair (my wife) I will bring.

Martin - that's what I recall. We got about 80 - 50# bags. The Corwin's are bringing 25 - 90# bags so that means we'll need 35 - 50# bags. With your trailer and my SUV I think we have that covered. If Rick Sylvestri can make it he may bring some and then you and I will only need to get a little bit at Lowe's that morning.

That's it for now. Things are shapping up. PUMPKIN SQUARES!!!!!

Meet at West Lot at 8 AM.
Drink coffee supplied by "Gordon Gokart" and create "teams" and discuss how to do all this.

Basically really clean out holes with brooms, airblower, dustpan brush - apply cement adhesive - mix and pour concrete - level out concrete.

Also look for areas of broken pavement - remove pavement and patch per above.

Should take 2 - 3 hours.

Gunter and I will be there along with my son Dylan. Kelsey can't make it, she's out of town.
