What kind of value on this rarely used car?

I was e-mailed last night by a team parent of Isabella's soccer team and wanted to know the value of a particular Porsche model. The vehicle is question is a a 1989 Carerra 4 (964) with just 7,000 miles. Original owner, dark blue, always covered and garaged. It appears this belonged to an elderly family member that recently passed and they are looking to sell.

Most of the examples they have looked up on like have significantly more miles on the clock. I told her I would solicit the opinions of the SDR club for more guidance.

Bruce Anderson's market update in the Feb. 2010 issue of Excellence mag covered these models. He listed the 1989 Carrera 4 Coupe as $15111 in "so-so" condition and $23,000 in "excellent" condition at the end of 2009. With the low miles/original owner/original condition for this particular car, he would add at least a 10% premium over the "excellent" price, so a ballpark estimate would be about $25K, I think. That said, the 4WD system of 1989 was far more complex than the one used in later years, and very expensive to maintain. He calls it the "Sputnik II AWD" system. His words--"The lateral and acceleration sensors for them cost over $1000 each and seem to require replacement more often than we'd like to see." This may limit the market for such a car, but its low miles and condition may mitigate that.
