Does anyone have any info on this bill? It has to do with specially constructed vehicle registration. Has anyone researched it? Should I (we) support it?

I believe that bill was killed in committee in June. It would have increased the number of SPCN (kit car) registrations allowed under the old SB100 regs in CA each year, which is currently at 500 and are usually all allocated and gone on Jan. 2nd.
