WTB: One Phone Dial Wheel

Postby Mmagus on Sat Feb 19, 2011 1:48 pm

I had my fully corded tires switched off yesterday at C2 Motorsports (plug plug) and found that one of my rims is bent a bit. Its still good for AX but I need one before running another big track. The size is a 15x7, 52.3mm offset. Pretty or unscratched is not necessary, cheap...would be really great though. Oh, also, I already called Chuck who sold his single just last Monday.

Thanks!

Mark, if you can't find that 1 wheel you're looking for, take the bent one to US Wheels in El Cajon (on Bradley Ave) and ask Carlos if he can straighten it. If it's a minor "wobble" he can often fix 'em. Don't know the cost, but hey ... what's the cost of safety?

Oh .... have you talked to Autobahn Dismantler's? Sean has a pretty healthy inventory of wheels.

Happy hunting. 8)

Minimum repair job at US Wheel is $75, from my experience.

Check with Tim Comeau too--he's got a lot of 944 wheels laying around.
