That's a video of Alain Castellana driving his Norma M20 w/ 3L BMW power at a European hillclimb event. It was discussed at length on sportsracer.net about 5 years ago.

That must be a reverse negative. That car must be going downhill with a 90 mph tailwind. :roflmao:
