My results are in. I have 5640 points!

I think I will try it again.

You put in 14 for you engine displacement increase, thats a big engine. You needed to enter it as a percentage so 14%, I corrected it and you now have:

I tried your calculator and it doesn't seem to make a difference whether you enter "factory" or "aftermarket" for R - Camber. Also does not have a entry point for safety equipment points.

Your Blue proposal on tires is a linear calculation, and some have commented that the differences may not necessarily be characterized as "linear"...

Are we going to use the revised base points? Do they include the 25-point "Mid-engine Penalty" (which Zone 7 only used for AXs and not TTs)...

I fixed R Camber thanks for pointing that out.
I can add the safety negative points if people think it may be a good idea, anyone care to comment? pro or con..
Tires will need more work, my current proposal is just a best guess, I need to collect the survey data cross reference the results to real world results from autoX and TT to see if everyone is in a competitive group.. I have 20 or so responses from the survey we need more there was 80 or so participants at the AutoX and TT recently.

Isn't the 25 points for mid-engine already included in the base points? I'm still looking for the revised base points in excel if anyone has it..

I don't believe that the mid engine points are included in the base points yet. Tom posted something to that effect in a different post that I can't seem to find right now.

I asked that question and was informed by Tom that the 25 points were NOT included in the new base points. I.e. for my 2000 986 Boxster, the base points are now 310, to which I must add the 25 point mid-engine penalty (plus the tire points).
