Due to a Race Legal evnt at the Q on Friday eve we will be unable to set the track that night. Instead we will be setting it on Saturday morning.
A good group to help unload the trailer of tables, jacks, compressor, drinks. Then we can divide into the following groups
Three people to feed and throw the cones from the trailer. I will drive since I know the course design best.
At least 4 people to start ropeing the course. 6 would be better.
After that we can park the trailer and head out to set braking and apex cones, even while the course is still being roped.
Then the crew can set the Start canopy, timeing lights, and flag-rope-line off the pit area while Jerry and I make sure the course layout is as safe as it seems to be on paper.
So, besides Jerry and I. A crew of 6-8 hearty and willing individuals would be REALLY fantastic! if we do have a good crew I think we could arrive at 5:45 unload, be rolling by 6 and easily done by the track walk. Yes we could get there earlier but sunrise isnt until 5:57 and finding good asphalt in the dark seems counter productive (to me).
I know its early, but please consider stepping up and lending a hand. Let us know!
Thanks!
Mark

I like to recommend that everyone consider becoming an AX Chairs. It's an unforgettable experience. Talk to Jerry or Mark for immediate inclusion. Leigh?
We will be looking for someone to bring on later this year to familiarize with our crazy ways. Leigh would be a welcome addition...or maybe one of you rear or mid engine folk? After all we cant have the Front Engine crowd dominating everything...or can we? MMmmuuuuuhuhuhuhuhhhhhaaaaaaa. (errr...ummmm... thats an evil overlord laugh)
