Here is the part that affects the car clubs

REPORT SAYS CITY MISSING OUT ON REVENUE OPPORTUNITIES

Use more market pricing (rather than a predetermined rate card) to charge more for parking lot events. The report suggests the city currently charges less for parking lot events than other facilities.

Will this really make a difference in the $10+ million loss per year. And there is only mention of re-striping the parking lot, not resurfacing.

Let's see ... a million dollars per autocross and the city would be flush. That would average out to about $10,000 per driver ...uhmmm ... might be cheaper to Time Trial

I know a friend who is Attorney for the City and a Porche friendly person. I "heard" in the past that QualComm is not going anywhere, but will ask for an update. 10,000 is a bit much per person.
