New "Stealthed" Porsches spotted

Postby Mmagus on Mon Jun 20, 2011 8:27 pm

Today on the 15 FWY I came up on some strange black 2 seater with Michigan plates. As I came passed it I realized it was some form of Boxter with plastic add-ons to disguise it. Interesting enough, but then realized that another with a slightly different shape was in front of it. This one again was Boxterish but seemed a little shorter. To top it off the lead of the three was a Carrera body with lots of plastic to try and hide it. I looked at it so long the cute female driver thought I was looking at her and proceed to start flirting with me. :burnout:

I had to chuckle as the thought came to e, "You know you’re a Porsche fan when there is a "hottie" waving at you in one and all you can thin is, "I wonder what model that is?" and you are referring to the car rather than the woman. :roflmao:

I would have tried to get cell picture but I was on my Triumph ST (motorcycle) Keep your eyes open, they are in So Cal somewhere!

They may be heading for Death Valley for hot weather testing this time of year. A lot of "car paparazzi" hang out near Death Valley to see these stealth cars. I have seen some strange things up in that area in the past.

Mark,
There is a "reasonable" chance that the "hottie" is Kelsey Malmberg.
Dave Malmberg's daughter is working for Porsche based out of the distribution center just off of the I-15.

Chuck,

While I was oogling the car, I did glance at the young lady as she waved several times, a brunette...not Kelsey M. 8)
