And here I (or we) feel it an accomplishment to do a bit of heal toe work...maybe an occasional left foot brake. Man that guy had HAPPY FEET. He looked like an Irish dancer on those peddles! :bowdown:

Thanks for the link, I dug up the whole program on youtube and watched it. Great stuff!
