There is no SS class for any of the older cars anymore under the new rules, just like Parade competition. All the older cars are dumped into the CC classifications automatically.
Mmm, mmm, mmm, imagine that. The base points for every model are in the Appendix to the rules, or online here: Car Model List. That chart shows that your 1983 911SC has 236 base points. Combine those with your tire points and mod points to determine your class.
You really should create an account and login to the Z8 Car Classification site and add your car to determine your class before filling out the reg form.TT

The current form appears imbalanced for those in older models. I've always thought it was a good thing to have things fair and equal for all members. Fairness ... a concept woth considering.

So what class would a stock '67 non-S run?

Yes, that is correct--there appears to be a bug there in the fill-out form programming. That field is combining spring rate/torsion bar mods and swaybar mods (Items R & S) into one entry, yet its properties state: "Invalid value: must be 15 or 30." This is sufficient for only one of the mods, not both. Values of 0, 15, 30, 45, and 60 should all be valid, but aren't. I'll email Tom Brown to see if he knows about this and can fix it.
Good catch, Rod!
