MATTHEW - Yup, I'm the Porsche coordinator for the Patchapalooza (3rd time now).

I can't make it to the stadium until sometime next week to look the lot over. If you can before then that would be great but it might not be necessary until the morning of?

In the past I got to the stadium at 7:30 to look the lot over, identified the real bad areas and once we knew how many Porsche and BMW (&SCCA) folks showed up we then selected the areas for each club to start patching. This could work again I think. We are not sure yet how many Porsche folks can be there to patch. My cell number is 619-417-2124.

I'll email Michele at the stadium to make sure she is going to have the west maintenance yard open for us for water and to verify we can dump the asphalt there or in the dumpsters.

FRED - We've lucked out and the mixer Mark Bray is getting is gas powered so we won't need athe generator. Thanks for finding one and offering to drive it down.

PHIL - Great you can bring the air compressor.

Bill,

I am guessing that the air compressor will need electricity. :?:

Jim - great you can make it to the "party". Tony Comeau will be there too.

Using your truck to pick up the concrete would be a great help. I'll get back to you tomorrow evening on coordinatinf where to meet.

Maybe if all us car clubs can repair the lot in a DE course layout we could have a DE at the stadium again. :D
Just a thought.

Weather for Saturday:   Looks to be partly cloudy and not too hot. Perfect.
Start at 8 AM, finish by 11 most likely.
I plan on getting up to SIXTY 80# bags of fiber reinforced concrete + 2 powerful lawn blowers.
The work should go pretty fast now that many of us have done this twice before and "we've got it down!"

Hey Guys
would suggest you put your name with Sharpie on handle of your tools that might get loaned around.
Some where you can see but not a high grip point..
Wanta make sure they all get home to right place.
