That's Jerry Hoffman's modified '70 911T, John (the orange #511). It is a very nice-looking car indeed! I was drooling on it in tech.

That pic of me above looks like I am about to run into a pole!!!

Thanks for getting the results up so quickly again, Martin. The timestamp on your message says 5:13 on Sat. I think the forum is not on DST so it may have actually been 6:13, but that's still got to be close to a record for fastest results posting after an AX!

Tons of fun and great weather yesterday. I'm happy to be around such great friends and competitors... Check this out - yesterday's BRI : Tom Tweed #1, Hassan Zaidi #2, Adam Gill (a fellow CDI) #3, Jess Osterberg #4, and myself at #5. And... that's 3 drivers, from CC05, in the top 5 BRI!

Tom T., I know how important it is for most of us to have the results posted quickly! Personally, after the event I like to look over everyone's results at home while having a glass of wine. I remember we once had to wait for more than a week, because the laptop was left locked in a trunk while someone went on vacation. (it wasn't Tom B.) Since then I am trying to make sure they get posted right away.

Hi All,

Hassan made the mistake of borrowing my SD card for his new GoPro yesterday after he filled his in practice runs. He refused my offer of taking the card home and returning it to me later (even though I warned him that I was going to post this Top Secret video if he didn't ). So here I give away all of his secrets...

He turned this lap at 59:89 . It was good for #2 in CC05 and in the BRI . #9 Top Time of Day. Tom Tweed got him by 0.3 seconds ( ) but unfortunately I don't have access to any of Tom's videos. Enjoy.

:bowdown: Ryan, Thanks so much for coming to rescue with a spare memory card. We may never have seen that lap. Watching it though was very interesting for a number of reasons, as this was the first time I filmed myself driving because I wanted to see how I drive. After that lap yesterday I recall thinking it was slippery, but never thought I was as busy in the car as I now have seen. First impressions... I need to smooth it out. I guess it was a secret for me too??

I hope you take note to give that Cayman of your more gas next time!!

CC05 is definitely a fun class to be dicing within, even if I don't finish first.

Excellent event by all involved, it felt great to drive again from what felt like such a long time. This club rules!!
