Ted,

The link to your pictures doesn't seem to work.

Special thanks to Katie and the rest of the gang for another well run event! (She looked exhausted at the end of Sunday).

Thanks for the photos!
It appears we had more PCA members (racers/spectators) at Coronado than any other SDR track event.
I know the SDR PCA  made many  military men and woman feel very special over the 3 day event.
As a 20 year old in the military I felt at times like a 3rd class citizen, underpaid, overworked and unappreciated.
I feel this event bonds San Diego racers and the young military volunteers that help keep us safe.
Thanks to PCA members that attended/volunteered or took a moment to brighten the day of a young soldier or sailor. :beerchug:

Mike- Thanks for the compliments!! It was an honor to not only volunteer for Set-up and Parking at this important yearly Event, but to "memorialize" the varied activities over the 2-day period in the 170 Photos that I took. I hope that the Article I also submitted for the WW Mag. (with 20 Photos and captions) also does this Event the justice that it deserves. In retrospect, this Event turn-out did match the other 4 years that I have volunteered, with maybe the 2010 Sat. turn-out being slightly greater at 220 Porsche Cars.

Some people who attended, wondered what my sign-up sheet was all about, but I wanted to make sure that I correctly matched up every photo of the Porsche Cars that I took with each and every Porsche Owner. Although I also did get a number of Photos of Group racers, my only regret was not getting more Photos of PCA-SDR member Cars racing, but from what I have seen of John Straub's Photos he had that area well covered. Hopefully next year it won't conflict with a big PCA track day and you may have another 50+ cars as unfortunately I still enjoy driving far more than looking, no matter how amazing the field is to watch.

See you next time?
