Farewell

Postby ScandinavianFlick on Mon Nov 26, 2012 3:15 pm

Unfortunately, the October PDS will have been my last event with PCA SDR. I will be relocating to Charlotte, NC mid-December, as I have accepted an engineering position with Earnhardt Ganassi Racing.

My time here, especially as an instructor, has been absolutely fantastic. I don't think there's a better autox organization anywhere, and I'll miss you all.

(I'd be lying, though, if I said I wasn't VERY excited about living near VIR, Road Atlanta, and CMP :burnout: )

Good luck in your new endeavor, Andrew! As an "Infamous X-Class Entry" you worked harder to make our autox events a success than many a Porsche driver.

Thank you and bon voyage,

Wow, how exciting for you!!! You will be missed for sure as you are one of the hardest workers at our driving events. You have personally helped the CDI crew a great deal from early morning til late at night on multiple PDS days, all with a smile! For that, I want to say thanks! And, it is always nice to watch you drive, fast and clean!

Good luck!

Best wishes as you move back to the land of NASCAR

When the Porsche Parade was in Charlotte we got a nice view of the area and tours of some of the many race shops, Penske & Hendrick for me and I found it very enlightening.

I think you will have a great time.

Andrew, you will be missed (despite you taste in cars  )
A real job in racing is the dream of most "gearhead" engineers, you are the envy of many.
Good luck and remember.....it's the skinny pedal on the right
